TEAM Fitness Franklin is an 11,000 SF up scale fitness facility in Franklin, MA. The size of the facility allows for an intimate yet non-intimidating workout space. The size of the club, as well as the facility's décor, will allow for a comfortable, warming yet energizing atmosphere to make working out pleasurable.
The setting in the Franklin Village Shopping Center allows for ample parking. This all-in-one shopping and workout location is close to home so you do not need to travel too far from your daily schedule. Franklin, as well as all the surrounding towns, is a family oriented community and having a facility that is close to home can help your day run smoothly. With the need for every member of the population (from youth to seniors) to work out, our club is equipped with updated and variable equipment to benefit everyone. The cardio equipment, free weights, core and functional equipment, and strength training equipment can all be adapted to everyone for every need. Personal Trainers/coaches are available for private or group sessions; however, a trainer/coach will be walking the floor to help members prevent injury and increase their workout potential. The advantage of floor coaches is a special benefit to being a member at TEAM Fitness Franklin.
TEAM Fitness Franklin works on a team approach to wellness. We will be there for everyone to be the best they can without having to just “go through the motions”.
