Body Sculpt A 60-minute workout in which barbells, body bars and weights challenge all your major muscle groups to help make you lean and defined. Build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. You will gain strength, flexibility, and endurance while focusing on total body health. The class will fire up your metabolism helping you lose weight and inches.
Cardio Kickbox is an energetic cardio workout inspired by martial arts. In this class you will punch and kick your way to better fitness.
Boot Camp consists of cardio interval drills and strength training using traditional equipment which will vary from class to class. It's a total body conditioning workout.
Pilates uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises or equipment to tone and strengthen the body. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, it increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core".
Prime Time Conditioning is a group fitness class designed for our classic Team Fitness members. We will work on your balance and flexibility via weight strengthening and stretching. This class incorporates tubing, dumbbells, Swiss balls and much more!
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bike. As you pedal, inspiring music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. During a class you will vary your pace - sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times increasing the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position.
Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the tradition in which hte teacher has trained.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music-dance themes that create a kinetic, exciting and effective fitness system! The easy to follow dance steps feature aerobic intervals with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
Step is an aerobic class consisting of choreographed step patterns. You’ll challenge your mind and body while you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel and execution of your movements.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program which delivers a fitness regimen to any goal committed individual regardless of fitness skill. A great class if you are looking for a change in your workout, a challenge, or a total body, overall kick-butt experience. This class is a specialty class; there is an additional cost to participate in the program. Each member is eligible to take one free class.

TRX Suspension Training is an exciting form of training that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability by using hundreds of functional exercises that can easily adjust to all fitness levels.
